Meet Dennis H. Cannon IV

for School Director

Dennis Cannon was born and raised in Aston.  He currently resides in Aston with his parents, Dennis and Carol Cannon, who are lifelong Aston residents.  Mr. Cannon has a bachelor’s degree in political science from Neumann University.  He has 25 years’ experience in the banking industry and is a Financial Center Manager for Fulton Bank, N.A.  in Chester County.  He is an active volunteer in Aston’s Friends of the Library, an active volunteer at the Philabundance Community Kitchen in Philadelphia and a recent graduate of Leadership Chester County – United Way.  His experience in finance and his continued volunteer work has prepared him to lead in the community with positive results. 

Meet Dr. William J Hamilton

for School Director

Bill Hamilton has lived in Aston since 2016 and taught as a member of the English faculty at Neumann University since 2006.  He holds a dual major in English and Psychology from Lehigh University with a minor in Theater, a Master’s Degree in English from the University of Akron, and a Doctorate in English from the University of Oregon.  Since arriving at Neumann University, he has taught classes for both the English and Honors programs, advised their Alphia Sigma Chi chapter of the Sigma Tau Delta National English Honor Society, and currently oversees the English major as its Program Director. Passionately interested in the field of education for over thirty years, he seeks a seat on the school board to assist Aston students in achieving their full academic potential, and parents to gain an active role in guiding their children’s education.
